The New Democratic Marxist Leninist Party is proud and pleased to send its fraternal greetings to ICOR on the occasion of its 10th Anniversary.

The NDMLP was affiliated to ICOR in 2012 and has actively participated in its international congresses.

The experience has enriched the Party by way of new contacts and exchanges of views and opportunity as well as the prospect of sharing experiences.

The democratic space available within ICOR is a most welcome aspect of ICOR despite differences of opinion on some issues.

We hope that ICOR will continue to expand to represent a greater part of the world, achieve a fuller appreciation of global events and growing ability to respond appropriately.
